We are an online Christian Community created in January, 2023.
Jesus AS The Way, The Truth and The Life is the full inspiration behind the Mobile Application and Website.
Our name “Gbenda” is from the Tiv language, of West Africa, meaning “ THE Way. ”

How long we keep your data
As a data subject, you have the right to delete your account at any time and also contact us to erase all your personal data on our app. In any other case where we do not receive such requests, we shall keep your personal data and any other information we collect from you for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Notice.

The goal of Gbenda is to show people the way to accessing eternal life.

If any such dispute is not settled amicably between the Parties within 30 (thirty) Business Days, then such dispute or claim shall be settled by the courts of Nigeria.

We may give notice by means of a general notice on the Services, electronic mail to your email address in your Account provided in connection with your account.
Such notice shall be deemed to have been given upon the expiration of 48 (forty-eight) hours after sending an email to you. You may give notice to Us, with such notice deemed given when Gbenda receives an email from you.
Termination
You may terminate this Agreement by closing your Account.
We may suspend your Account and your access to our Services or terminate this Agreement if:
